Welcome to MM5 located on the 5th floor in the South Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

We are new owners of MM5 (mid 2025) and have added new furnishings, artwork, linens and more (see below). The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom is simply beautiful! After looking at multiple condos, the amazing view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom was the deciding factor on purchasing this condo.
Our condo has been painted top to bottom in relaxing shades of light grey. Driftwood color LVT floor runs throughout the condo with tile in the kitchen and baths. We have a new blue, slipcovered, comfortable queen sleeper couch, matching loveseat, chair and 65" Intelligent TV. All new artwork and decorative items complete the "new" look. Our dining room set will seat six + two at the bar. We have tile in the entryway and tile on the ocean view balcony. Balcony has a table and four chairs + chaise lounge. Our kitchen has white cabinets, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and subway tile backsplash. Kitchen is entirely outfitted with all your cooking and dining needs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, sliding glass doors to the front balcony, En Suite full bath with separate powder room, Intelligent TV and a walk in closet. The primary bath has a double vanity with stone countertop, new lighting and new mirrors. Master bath has a newly refinished tub/shower combo with new sliding glass doors. Our guest room has a king bed, En Suite bath, Intelligent TV and new plantation shutters. Guest bath is very roomy with a sizable vanity, new lighting, new mirror and new glass shower door. The second guest room has two twin beds and a wall mounted Intelligent TV. Full size washer/dryer in hall, Free Wi-Fi, and plenty of complimentary parking. *This condo comes with the complimentary use of our Beach Locker #132 located in the Owners Storage Room in South Tower on the ground level. Please fee complimentary to store your beach gear in our locker and share whatever is in the locker, if anything. We do not inventory the locker contents as guests leave items and other items get tossed due to rust and breakage.

NOTE: MM5 is available for monthly rental

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.
