Steps away from the the beautiful Carolina Sea Paws beach 3BR- 1 BA top floor bungalow comes complete with a peek-a-boo ocean and canal vistas, sunshine & a white sandy beach, surfing and elegant sunrises & sunsets. You are only 3 blocks from the North End Pier & Grille and ~1 mile to the Boardwalk, where you can shop, dine at many local eateries, see fireworks on Thurs., rent a Kayak, paddleboard, or bicycle & watch a movie at the Lake Park during the summers. Also, on the island you can visit the NC Fort Fisher Aquarium or Civil War museum, or take the Fort Fisher Ferry to Southport to see another cozy beach town or ride another ferry to Baldhead Island to see a decommissioned lighthouse "Old Baldly". After a sun-filled day at the beach, appreciate a cookout in your private comfortable side yard sitting area, complete with an open shower, dining table and chairs, a BBQ & mood lighting to savor while you sit and listen to the ocean waves. Unfortunately this upper unit is not pet friendly or have access to the backyard, but the downstairs unit A is pet friendly. You have 1 complimentary long or stacked parking and one additional spot next to the golf cart that is open for rental for you stay too. It is 1st come first serve so reserve it early.
