A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Important Notes:

- Front door has a doorbell camera (records exterior only). No cameras inside.

- COMPLIMENTARY PARKING for up to 2 cars. The outdoor pool is not heated.

- NO Elevators
