221 Tennis Villa is an end unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, merely steps away from the Beach Club, Sandbar, Pools, Tennis Courts, and Exercise Center.

This townhouse condo has been freshly refreshed with fresh paint, new floor, updated kitchen appliances and more! As you enter our unit, you will find the roomy open living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, HD TV and master bath. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room as well as a full bath on the first level. Our villa sleeps 4 in comfort and comes with a completely equipped kitchen and laundry area.



Appreciate our enormous private deck that overlooks the impressive marsh and canal for the chance to see spectacular wildlife every day with handsome sunsets at nighttime! The villa is also available for shorter stays even during the peak season.



Guest Cards Included:

Also supplied in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Golf Cart: Not supplied with the rental. Renters may rent a cart through Fripp Golf Cart Units.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
