An inverted floor plan, the living, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom are all located on the top level of the home. The living room is gorgeous with a huge 75-inch 4K TV, Apple TV, stereo system, elevated bar, and beautiful furnishings. Home also has a widescreen compute monitor, printer, and dock available.

(Note: The shower in the top floor Master Bathroom is not currently working, making that bathroom a half bath.) - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 nighttime min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. Either the spa or the pool can be heated but not both--if you choose the pool, the spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.

This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
