This villa will comfortably accommodate up to 4 comfortably.



The great room greets you as you enter the home. The dining, living room and kitchen blend together to make a great space for hosting. Both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms have a king-sized bed and a newly refreshed en-suite bathroom. These attributes make this villa ideal for a modest group or family. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and natural light. There is a half bathroom located near the front door for painless access. The kitchen is outfitted with ample counter space, stainless-steel appliances and a drip coffee maker. The basic houseware, silverware and dishes make meal preparation and cooking a breeze during your stay.



This villa features a full-size washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. There are intelligent TVs in each bedroom and in the living room with cable and streaming capabilities. The back deck has plenty of seating with a alluring marsh view!
