The living area is cavernous yet inviting and offers a leather pullout couch, a huge intelligent TV and 2 chairs in the bay window with the most exceptional view. The dining space features a counter height table with seating for 4 and access to the balcony. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, it features all new cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 2 at the eat at bar and the kitchen is well supplied with prepare and bakeware!

The master bedroom is serenely decorated in shades of sea foam green and features a king sized bed, desk and chair, en-suite with a double vanity, enormous jetted tub with separate shower and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is rather sizable, it features 2 double beds a desk and intelligent TV and is across the hall from the guest bath. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and homes the full size washer/dryer.
