The sunroom is a separate room with doors that is ideal for kids or teens to use as a private TV or game room, or guests to use as a peaceful office space. The living room opens up through double doors to a screened porch with dining table and constructed-in benches, a huge sectional & loveseat for calming, reading and enjoying the broad ocean vistas.
