The Garden apt is set up as a in-law suite and features a main room with a queen sized bed, sitting area, and separate kitchen with modest eating table and chairs overlooking garden. It includes a separate entrance, modest outdoor patio, private bath, closet and original wood floors. Private and very safe, this is attached to a main home and we typically only rent when not being used for friends + family.
