The Space:

Marsh Mellow is a splendid one-story home located at the southern end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Features include a entirely equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and cable TV.



The primary bedroom at the back of the home features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with countless vistas. The ensuite offers a double vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and a constructed-in vanity cabinet for added convenience.



At the front of the home, two bedrooms—a queen and a twin—share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo for convenience. The third front bedroom, a queen, features its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers the opportunity to mellow out with gorgeous porch vistas of the marsh.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
