Step through the appealing pink door of this freshly refreshed Victorian haven, where historic character meets modern luxury. Spread out across three floors of charmingly refreshed interiors, featuring fresh paint, brand-new beds, and crisp linens.



The home offers ample room for your group to prepare, dine, and relax together with two distinct living rooms and two full kitchens. The decor is a beautiful blend of modern and classic, with warm, inviting light, patterned wallpaper, and fashonable brass fixtures creating a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance.

The home features nine bedrooms and six modern full bathrooms, some with walk-in showers and a classic clawfoot tub.

Located in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough area, Spring Street sits just a few blocks east of King Street’s shopping and nightlife spine, meaning that in a short 3–5 min. walk you can reach dozens of stores, cafes, and bars. Within a 10-min. radius you can reach Waterfront Park, stroll the Battery and the harbor promenade, or hop onto the Fort Sumter ferry. Don't sleep on local favorites such as Xiao Bao Biscuit, Southbound, Chubby Fish, and more.

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The home is only a short walk from the very fashionable King Street where you will find a multitude of great stores – including antique stores, book stores and fashion stores – as well as countless buzzing eateries and bars.

You can walk nearly everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bicycle Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
