Step inside to an open-concept main level, where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow effortlessly together. The kitchen is designed for gathering and cooking with ease, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, and an island with seating for three. An adjacent eight-seat dining table provides ample room for meals and conversation.

The inviting living room offers a comfortable sectional couch and a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just beyond, a screened porch with multiple seating areas frames peaceful golf course vistas, creating the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The main-level primary suite, located off the living room, features a king bed, deck access, and a cavernous en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area.

A full laundry room and full bath are also conveniently located on the first floor.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
