The right wing of the home is designed for entertaining and showcases an open-concept gourmet kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, tiled backsplash, two dishwashers, and a stand-alone ice maker constructed into the island, which also offers seating for up to three guests. A conveniently located half bath is conveniently accessible off the kitchen.
The living and dining areas flow seamlessly together in an open floor plan, highlighted by a enormous sectional couch, broad windows, and direct access to the back deck ideal for indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the loft area provides an inviting getaway with a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, and queen-size sleeper couch, making it an ideal space to relax, entertain, or simply savor the scenery.

The left wing homes the private sleeping quarters. On the main level, you’ll find two roomy guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds—connected by a well-designed Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
