Sea Turtle is located on the pristine coast of west Holden Beach island in a private gated community. This incredible home invites you to appreciate the relaxing sounds of the Atlantic ocean and beautiful vistas. It is everybody's vacation dream for sizable families and friend getaways.

This striking rental property features a whopping 12 bedroom and 12 bathroom floor plan that provides accommodations for 32 people. Guests may choose from among the 4 Master Suites, All King and Queen beds are adjustable platform beds, HDTV, and private baths. There are also 4 rooms with both queen and twin beds, 2 rooms with queens and 2 rooms with double bunk beds. ALL bedrooms have their own private bath.

The huge living (32 x 22) area features plenty of seating for those big family gatherings. It also has a 36' TV for those wishing to keep up with their favorite programs. In the game room (30 x 22) on the next level, sport fans will go wild over the 70' enormous screen HDTV.

The cooks in the family will be anxious to showcase their culinary skills in the oversize kitchen outfitted with two 5 burner prepare tops with ovens and double fridges, as well as 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. A double washer and dryer combination makes handling the laundry situation convenient for your guests.
There's also a second kitchenette and living area to make grabbing a late-nighttime snack a breeze.

Linens and Towels
We provide towel sets for each guest, comprising a huge towel, a modest towel, a washcloth, and a modest makeup towel.
Linens are meticulously washed, ironed, and arranged on the beds for your convenience.
Please note that beach towels are not included.

The home is conveniently equipped with an elevator for painless access to all levels, making it accessible for guests of all ages.

A standout feature of Sea Turtle is the private pool, providing hours of fun and relaxation in the sun.
Pool heater is available, please contact the host at least one week prior to your arrival to request this service. The fee for pool heating is $ 200 per nighttime, paid in advance to the host.
We strive to ensure your stay is fun, however please note that pool heating is not supplied during the months of June, July, August.

We have beach carts, umbrellas, and 32 beach chairs available for your use.

Pet Friendly: A non-returnable pet fee of $250 is required and is limited to a single dog up to 20 pounds. Dog breed and age must be pre-approved by the Host. Additional costs will apply for more than one dog. Guests are required to crate family pets when left unattended in the home. We do not provide dog crates.

NOTE: This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
