Welcome to 110 Sandpiper! This marsh-front home, with impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, is located on the north end of Fripp Island in the peaceful Quail Cove neighborhood. With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the ideal hideaway for modest families and groups looking for oceanside relaxation. 110 Sandpiper is just a short golf cart ride to the beach (with 24/7 access) and numerous Fripp Island amenities, including pools, eateries, golf courses, tennis, and pickleball courts.

This tucked-away getaway comfortably accommodates up to four people. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and access to the enormous screened-in back deck. In the guest bedroom, there are two twin beds, a walk-in closet, a private full bathroom, and—best of all—a private deck located on the front of the home.

110 Sandpiper offers plenty of room to spread out, with a comfortable living room and huge, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is completely equipped with modern appliances and offers access to the back deck, where you can savor more impressive vistas as you hang out and prepare with family and friends. This home also offers a full-sized washer and dryer and a one-car garage.

A 4-seat Fripp Island Resort golf cart is included with your stay (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island BItes for some ice cream!

Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
