Bar counter seating for three in addition to a kitchen table with seating for four. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sleeper couch. The screen porch includes wicker furnishings for calming outside, as well as a fan to create your own breeze.
2026 Beach Restoration Update

The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project planned for Summer-Fall 2026. Although the final schedule has not yet been announced, the work is expected to progress in sections along the shoreline, so any impact to a specific area should be temporary.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and are happy to offer guidance based on your travel dates.

The condo is conveniently located close to two championship Golf Courses, driving range, and mile of bicycle paths. Appreciate the ocean and beach or the Community Pool at Port O Telephone, only available to Port O Telephone owners and guests.

Additional amenities include a community propane grille. Complex elevator. Washer and dyer (new as of 2024). Fresh linens and towels per occupancy. Starter supply of paper products and toiletries only. Drip Coffee Maker.
