• Motorcycles are allowed. We recommend parking them in the garage

• No upsized trucks, trailers, or work vans are allowed on the property

Pullout Couch/Futon Bed



The pullout couch/futon bed is thin (3 to 4 inches) and is not recommended for adults. It is suitable only for modest kids.



Non-Smoking Property



This is a stringently non-smoking property. Per HOA rules, smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on balconies, or in the pool area.
