***Sea Oats Drive is a private road that leads directly to the beach. It is made of sand and gravel. Depending on weather conditions, it can sometimes by a nuisance to travel due to huge puddles and pot holes. We recommend a high clearance car though not necessary.

Welcome Basket - Guests are treated to a welcome basket filled with an assortment of snacks. We also provide assorted coffee and tea for our coffee bar and starter supplies that include dishwashing liquid & dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge and towel set, paper towel roll & laundry detergent pods. in addition, each bathroom will have hand soap, additional toilet paper, trial size shampoo & conditioner.

Beach Gear - Our Guests will have access to 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 soft top surf boards, body boards, corn hole, sand toys & 3 beach cruisers for exploring the island.

Infant Equipment -Sea Heaven has 1 pack n' play, 1 high chair and 2 booster seats. We recommend reserving additional equipment with Ocean Atlantic Units in Avon, NC.
