The Space:

Morning light spills across the water as waves roll steadily toward shore, their rhythm carrying up to your balcony high above the beach. From this oceanfront condo at Dunes Village Resort, you watch the day unfold - swimmers tracing lines through the pools below, the Atlantic stretching endlessly ahead, and Myrtle Beach’s skyline adding energy to the horizon. The setting feels casual yet lively, shaped by the constant presence of the sea.



Located on the 10th floor, the condo is thoughtfully arranged for families and groups who want to spend time together while still having room to spread out. You have sweeping ocean, beach, pool, and resort vistas, along with glimpses of the city skyline and surrounding landscape that shift gorgeously from morning to nighttime. Step outside onto the balcony to appreciate coffee with the breeze off the water or wind down in the evening as the lights along the coast begin to glow.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with oceanfront vistas, along with additional sleeping space that accepts everybody to settle in with ease. The setup includes one king bed, four queen beds, and a couch bed, making it well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. Fresh bed linens, additional pillows, and blankets are supplied to make arrival simple.



Living space & comfort

Inside, the condo balances practicality with comfort. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round, while HDTVs and WiFi make it painless to relax after time at the beach or pools. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with everyday essentials that support longer stays and group travel.

The kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare when you want, whether that’s a fast breakfast before heading downstairs or a casual meal adored together after a full day out. Having a kitchen on hand makes it simple to keep your schedule flexible during your stay.

Getting Around:

Be sure to use ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Turo.



Other Things to Note:

This room is definitely non-smoking. Smoking is stringently only allowed in designated areas; please respect this rule and use the designated areas for smoking.



This condo is privately owned and is not a hotel room. Please treat it with the same level of care and respect as you would your own home. Although we endeavor to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site 24/7 management.e aware that there is no on-site 24/7 management.



Please be aware that valet service is not available at the resort.



Note: - **Palmetto Tower** (North Tower with modest slides) will be closed from **December 11th to December 14th**. Similarly, the entire indoor area for this tower will be closed for the first day or two of this timeframe.
