Welcome to our charmingly modernized 3 bedroom Craftsman-style bungalow. Located in Historic Downtown Beaufort. 5-min. walk to Bay st. (our main st), the Waterfront Park/playground, and downtown Marina. Walk to the river to sit on swings or do a little fishing. Great eateries, cafes, art galleries, library, and shopping just steps away. Two blocks from The Point neighborhood with handsome historic Antebellum homes. Off-street parking for 2 cars makes it simple for you to walk wherever you need to go or a 20-min. drive to Hunting Island public beach. 20-min. drive to Paris Island.
