Join us for this activity filled workshop that will take you to the next level of personal achievement and satisfaction!

We will:

What are your goals and desires that would really bring you fulfillment?
~What beliefs and habits are in your way?
Uncover the roadblocks that you didn't know were tripping you up!
~Make a plan with tools and steps to help you level up!
Get started with simple to implement steps that make success easier!

We will also have meaningful activities to help lock in the experience!
~Smash away limiting beliefs and past experiences that hold you back!
~Go full blast on the car to destroy negative self-talk and habits!
~Create your beautiful vision for the life you really want with a peaceful paint session and take your 12x16 canvas home as a visual reminder!

A light lunch will be provided but feel free to bring snacks and drinks.

Teens ages 13 and up are welcome to participate with a parent/guardian and will receive a 25% discount on their ticket (contact us).

Please wear or bring long sleeves and long pants as well as closed toe shoes for the smashing activities. Safety glasses, goggles, and gloves are provided. The paint is water based and we do provide ponchos. Participants will need to fill out a waiver for activities.
