While the vessel can legally seat up to 100 guests, groups planning larger catering orders or DJ setups may find a headcount closer to 85 guests more comfortable for mingling and movement.

How to Find Us

Enter the Shem Creek Boardwalk between Water’s Edge Restaurant and Mount Pleasant Seafood. Walk straight ahead to the gated entrance to the lower dock and look for the Palmetto Breeze sign. Our crew will open the gate at boarding time.

special_requirements: For safety and compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, every individual attending the charter must have a signed passenger waiver on file prior to boarding.

  • A completed waiver is required for each attendee, including adults and minors
  • A full guest roster is required in advance
  • The vessel cannot sail without all required waivers and roster information

The event holder is responsible for ensuring all documentation is completed by the required deadline.

faqs: How long can we charter the boat?
Private charters are available for 2, 3, or 4 hours.

What happens if guests arrive late?
Late arrival will shorten the charter time. The event host decides whether to wait or depart on time.

Can we extend the charter day-of?
Day-of extensions are rarely available. We recommend booking the full time you expect to need.

Are children allowed?
Yes. Children 4 and older are welcome on all private charters. Life jackets are available for emergencies. Guests may bring their own if a child prefers to wear one throughout the sail.

Are restrooms available?
Yes. There are two enclosed restrooms located within the hull. Access requires stepping down ladder-style stairs. Handrails are provided and crew is available for assistance.

Is the boat accessible?
No. Boarding requires navigating a steep ramp and marine steps.

Are school groups allowed?
Yes. School groups require 1 adult per 9 children, signed waivers for each child, and a full roster submitted 14 days prior to departure.

  • Please remember to complete your waivers before arrival. You can find the waiver link in your confirmation email. You may share the link with others in your party.
  • Ticketed bookings can find electronic tickets in your confirmation email—no need to print.
  • Please arrive 30-40 minutes early, as parking in the area can be busy. Boarding begins 15-20 minutes before your scheduled sail, and Palmetto Breeze departs promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Free parking is limited. Park in a Water's Edge Lot, pay using the QR code, and if you dine at Water's Edge, your parking fee will be refunded!

  • Enter the boardwalk between Water's Edge Restaurant and Mt Pleasant Seafood.
  • Straight ahead on the boardwalk, you will see the entrance to our lower dock.
  • When ready to board, a mate open the gate and begin checking in tickets.

DIRECTIONS from I-26

Take I-26 East to Hwy. 17 North. Cross the Ravenel Bridge and get into the far-right lane for Hwy. 703/Coleman Blvd. Turn right at the 4th stoplight onto Shrimp Boat Lane.

Sun Protection We highly recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun during your sail. Enjoy the views without the burn!
Footwear For your safety and comfort, please wear flat, non-slip footwear while onboard. This will help prevent any slips or falls on the deck.
Mobility Concerns If you have any mobility issues, please let us know in advance so we can discuss how best to accommodate you. Please note, boarding does require climbing 4 steps, and we may not be able to accommodate walkers or wheelchairs due to the boat's structure. We're happy to answer any questions or provide further details.
Alcohol Consumption We want everyone to have a great time! Please drink responsibly and be aware that you are responsible for your own alcohol consumption. Our crew may refuse service if necessary to ensure safety.
