description: Musicians from all genre backgrounds and walks of life are encouraged to sign up for our Open Mic. Our mission with this series is to designate a space where local musicians can unveil their work to the community in a live venue setting.

itinerary: -Participants must arrive onsite by 6:00 pm (30 minutes prior to official start time).
-Order of performance will be selected at random via our mysterious in-house Sorting Hat.
-Each artist will have 20 minutes to perform.
-Full bands (with lots of gear) must reach out to Mayfair Art Studios directly at 864-278-3228 to discuss setup/takedown.

Social Distancing

Visitors should attempt to ride elevators alone – no more than one person on an elevator whenever possible

Disinfection and Safety

Cleaning will take place Three (3) days a week for public spaces. This will include restrooms, public surfaces, and hallways.
- Signs will be placed on each exterior office door and in each reception area notifying visitors of these policies.
- No brochures, magazines, or other reading materials are permitted to be left in common areas. All items must be on
designated racks only.
-. Resident Artists on site are responsible for disinfecting their personal art studios. -
Staff will wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces between each class

Visitor check-in procedures

The reception desk will be manned Monday – Friday 9-5 pm. Lobbies or reception areas should be occupied by only one
visitor at a time unless related. - All visitors entering Mayfair Art Studios will check-in at the reception desk,
- Visitors are only allowed in lobbies. No entry into work areas or private studios.
- No children shall be allowed in any private art studios

Classes

Class instructors will be required to wear face masks during all classes and workshops
- Although not required, it is strongly recommended that students wear masks as well
- We will disinfect all community tools within the ceramic studio and 2D studio. This includes
-stools, chairs, slab roller, tools, wheels, etc - Instructors are required to wash hands before and after each class
- All doors to each teaching studio will remain open to eliminate touching door handles
-. We have sinks and soap in both our Ceramic and 2D studio - We have rearranged our Ceramic studio to allow for social distancing
- Our Ceramic studio classes will only allow 8 students at a time to allow for proper spacing and social distancing
