description: The Middleton Place tour is an all-inclusive experience at one of Charleston’s most beloved historic sites. Travel in a comfortable Ford Transit van with a maximum of 12 guests and a licensed guide. The tour includes an authentic Low-country lunch at the Middleton Place Restaurant, a Guided Garden Tour, House Tour, and Guided Beyond the Fields Tour ending at Eliza's House. Also available onsite are the stable yards showcasing the working side of Middleton Place where historic trades, skilled craftsmanship, and farm life come together in a live, immersive setting.

Pick-up is at the Charleston Visitors Center at 375 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC.

Additional guests may be transported to Magnolia Plantation/Drayton Hall simultaneously without affecting your experience.

Lunch menu options include: shrimp and grits, sweet tea–brined chicken perloo, Chatel Farms burger, she-crab soup, fresh local artisan greens, and pecan pie.

1. 11:05am: Arrive at Middleton Place

4. 4:00pm: Arrive back to the Charleston Visitors Center

check_in_details: The Charleston Visitors Center is located at 375 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC. We meet our guests on the bus shed side of the Visitors Center. You will see several other tour busses/operators in the same area. Please be on the look out for a white Ford Transit passenger van that says Chicora Tours.

We encourage our guests to arrive at the bus shed and be ready for boarding at 10:15am. We depart from the Visitors Center at 10:30am sharp. There is paid parking on-site as well as a paid parking garage on Ann Street. Chicora Tours does not validate parking.
