- Boating safety & gear orientation
- Inshore fishing until 11:00 a.m.
- Beach-side lunch
- Cast net and rod learning on shore
- Inshore fishing until 1:45 p.m.
- Pick up at 2:00 p.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
Day 2: Inshore Fishing & Fish Identification
- Meet with instructors at 8:00 a.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
- Understanding local fish species (Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead)
- Basics of live bait vs. artificial lures
- Catch & release techniques
- Inshore fishing until 11:00 a.m.
- Beach-side lunch
- Inshore fishing until 1:45 p.m.
- Pick up at 2:00 p.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
Day 3: Advanced Fishing Techniques
- Meet with instructors at 8:00 a.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
- Inshore fishing until 11:00 a.m.
- Beach-side lunch
- Exploration of different fishing techniques
- Inshore fishing until 1:45 p.m.
- Pick up at 2:00 p.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
Day 4: Larger Species Hunt
- Meet with instructors at 8:00 a.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
- Inshore fishing until 11:00 a.m.
- Bottom fishing for larger species, including sharks
- Learning how to properly handle and release bigger fish
- Beach-side lunch
- Shark tooth excursion
- Inshore fishing until 1:45 p.m.
- Pick up at 2:00 p.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
Day 5: Tournament & Celebration
- Meet with instructors at 8:00 a.m. (Shem Creek Dock – 98 Church Street)
- Fishing tournament within the Fish Camp
- Inshore fishing until 12:00 p.m.
- Lunch provided by captains
- Crabbing off the dock
- Camp recap & awards (Best Catch, Most Improved, etc.)

U.S. Coast Guard–certified captains run every trip
- Coast Guard–approved life jackets for every camper
- Boats are modern, well-maintained, and used all season for family charters
- Small camper-to-captain ratios so kids are supervised closely
- Weather is monitored throughout the day; if storms roll in, campers are brought to a covered dock and given alternative activities
- Clear communication with parents if weather affects the daily schedule
- Includes all fishing gear, bait, life jackets, and camp T-shirt
- Lunch is camper-provided Monday through Thursday; lunch is provided on Friday
- No prior fishing experience is needed.

- If a full camp day is clearly going to be unsafe due to weather, we will contact parents with options for a make-up day or a prorated refund.
- If storms pop up during the day, campers will be brought to a covered dock for safety and land-based activities until it is safe to resume or parents can pick up.
Submitting an online registration does not automatically guarantee a spot. We will confirm availability for your preferred week and send a confirmation once your camper’s spot is secured.

Booking Notes
Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and boarding.
- Departure: Shem Creek (Mount Pleasant). Exact meeting spot and parking tips will be included in your confirmation.
- Bring: sunscreen, water, and a light jacket in spring/fall.
- BYO snacks and beverages allowed (21+ alcohol OK). No glass.
- Guest count must match the reservation; children (even if free) may count toward capacity.
- Safety first: if conditions are unsafe, we may adjust departure time/route or cancel and offer refund or rebook credit per policy.
Island / sandbar add-on block (Crab Bank, shark-tooth, sandbar style trips):
- This is a boat-supported access experience. Once on the island/sandbar, exploration is self-guided unless a guided component is stated.
- Bring: water shoes, towel, hat, and a small bag for shells/shark teeth. Please pack out all trash.
- Destination time varies with tides, weather, and safety conditions.
Fishing add-on block (Inshore Fishing):
- Fishing license is covered by the captain for the charter (CONFIRM), but guests should bring sunglasses, snacks, and appropriate clothing.
- We recommend motion-sickness precautions if you are sensitive to boat movement.
