Depending on conditions, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and plenty more. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Zach also offers fly fishing.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 16' Hog Island Boatworks flats boat that can carry up to 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Zach has rods and reels for you, as well as lures.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't leave home without sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Lunch is provided, just reach out to learn more, especially if you have any dietary needs.
