Old North State Fishing offers a family friendly, personalized fishing experience. We are located at Wanchese Marina in the historic fishing village of Wanchese.

Uitilizing light tackle we will fish the waters of the Pamlico Sound where we catch an abundance of Speckled Trout, Red drum, Flounder Striped Bass, and other species! Techniques include, casting lures, popping corks and usung live bait!

Your fishing adventure starts on a restored 22’ Hydra-Sports dual console boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat comes with an ice box and uses modern navigation electronics.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. The captain works hard to make your experience is unique! 20% gratuity is customary.
