Trip Includes

• Fishing License (All fishing licenses are included in my charter permit. Purchasing a fishing license is not needed when fishing from my boats)
• Live Bait (I always make sure that I have the freshest and liveliest bait on board. 99% of the time bait catching is done prior to my clients stepping on board. Live shrimp, mullet, blue crabs, and menhaden are typical live baits used on my trips.)

• Rods, reels & tackle

Inshore fishing consists of fishing in the rivers, creeks, inlets, and beaches surrounding Charleston. Typically the water is calm and land is always visible so motion sickness medicine is usually not needed, but feel free to bring some. The travel time from the dock to the fishing destination is short - typically 20 minutes so you will be fishing within minutes. On this type of fishing charter, depending on the time of year, we target Red Drum (aka Redfish or Spot Tail Bass), Sea Trout, Flounder, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Sharks, Sheepshead, and more! We use spinning reels and a variety of live bait, such as shrimp and finger mullet. This is the most popular excursion available in 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and full day trips.

Capt.Chappy and Jeremy are local fishermen who have plenty of experience when it comes to exploring the coast of South Carolina. They're passionate about these waters and love nothing more than passing on their knowledge to other guests. The ultimate goal on each trip is to teach you the ways of these waters, and how to fish them – and to leave you with plenty to smile about!

You’ll be fishing from your captain’s 23' Sea Pro bay boat or 24' Blazer Bay boat. These are the perfect vessels for cruising our shallow fishing grounds, with room for up to 5 guests onboard. The Captains loves welcoming children on their adventures, so feel free to turn this into an unforgettable family adventure. Just make sure that any little ones are ages 5 or above. Your captain will provide you with life vests, and the boat is decked out with top-notch safety and navigational gear, too.
