Seating

- If you would like to be seated with another party, please call us at least 24 hours before the event.
- Seating changes cannot be made at the door, and arriving early will not affect your seating assignment.
Check-In
- Please arrive 30 minutes before showtime for check-in.
Weather
- Our venue is indoors, so the show will not be canceled due to weather.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the event to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations by email are not accepted.
- Same-day cancellations, rescheduling requests, and reservation changes cannot be accommodated.
- No-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
