description: We invite local artists, crafters, food vendors, and nonprofit organizations to join us for a day of culture, history, and community at the 12th Annual Juneteenth Celebration! This is a great opportunity to promote your business or mission to a diverse and engaged audience in a meaningful setting.
Set-Up & Participation Info:
Vendor check-in begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday, June 13
Set-up must be completed by: 9:00 AM
No vehicles will be permitted in the park during event hours.
Vendors must remain onsite for the entire event (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
All vendors must provide tents, tables, and chairs ,and are responsible for their setup and breakdown.
Vendors must have a valid Town of Hilton Head Island Business License (Business License Information)
Optional Friday Set Up:
Art, Craft, Prepared Food and Food Truck Vendors are welcome to set up by 2:30 PM on Friday, June 12th, to be vendors for the Drum Circle from 5:00-7:00 PM. Vendors must be parked and inside the park by 2:30 PM due to Friday's programming schedule.
Space is limited – early registration is highly encouraged! Please register by May 15, 2026.
