extras: - Fuel is not included in the rental. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas or card on file will be charged
- Please adhere to weather and lock hours if going to and from the lake.
- If renter is unable to comprehend instructions, or if there is a concern on skills or impairment that could prevent safe operation, the rental will be canceled and deposit kept.
- $250.00 deposit is due at time of booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation date you loose your deposit.
- No-shows will be charged full price

Health and Safety Policy
All renters accept responsibility for themselves and their passengers and acknowledge the risks associated with boating, including weather, water conditions, and vessel use.
All passengers must follow U.S. Coast Guard and state boating laws. Children must wear life jackets as required.
The operator is responsible for safe and lawful operation of the vessel at all times. No alcohol or drug use while operating is permitted.
Do not exceed vessel capacity. All passengers must remain safely positioned while underway.
Cooper River Boat Rentals may end any rental without refund if unsafe conditions or behavior occur.
