Appreciate private heated pool & canal access, ideal for relaxation & water fun. The humongous front porch & screened-in back porch offer calming vistas of the striking Oak Tree, canal & beach. With 4 cavernous bedrooms plus a loft for a 5th bedroom, there's room for everybody. Located on a 1/2 acre lot, you'll feel secluded after a day of beach adventures with the quintessential Oak tree in the back. Beach toys, chairs and floats are aplenty, linens included, and the ambiance of the home is clean and calm so you can relax during every second of your get away. This is our family home and we hope it becomes yours as well. If you would like pool heating that is an additional charge, just let us know and we will adjust!
