Located on the South side of resort, you'll be at the beach on a golf cart in 5 mins.! This home has everything you need, to make your stay memorable!

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! (Bathroom & kitchen towel sets included, just bring your beach towels).

Savor the outdoor deck with TV and propane grille, with plenty of seating for cookouts or calming.

Inside, there is a intelligent TV w/ cable in every room and a supplied kitchen for preparing meals, bathtub in the main bathroom.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
