Condo Features
Inside the condo, you'll find a completely equipped kitchen with a sizable breakfast bar, flat-screen TVs, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the waterway. The master suite offers direct vistas of the Intracoastal and includes a huge walk-in closet. Please note: elevator access is not available. Dogs are welcome (2 max, 45 lb limit) with a $300 non-returnable pet fee due at check-in.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
