Memories on Grace Cottage is located in the historic overlay of Downtown Wilmington. With a total living area of 1200 sf, this comfortable single story abode is packed full of character and appeal. It is 5 mins. from downtown Wilmington with its cozy shopping, eateries and vibrant nightlife, and 10 mins. from NC's handsome beaches. It sits at the end of the tree-lined street with Burnt Mill Creek on one side and Mary Bridgers Park behind it.

THE SPACE:
Guest have the entire home which includes 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, 1 full bath located between bedroom and office, and a half-bath in 2nd bedroom. There is a sizable deck adjacent to Burnt Mill Creek as well as patio with a gas grille.

NOTE:
There is basement apartment, currently occupied, with a separate entrance that is NOT part of Memories on Grace rental.
