Welcome to your beachside home away from home! This bright and freshly furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Myrtle Beach Resort’s Building B has everything you need for a fun and calming stay.
Appreciate an open living space with modern finishes, granite countertops, and walk-in tile showers. Watch your favorite shows on one of three Intelligent TVs, prepare in the entirely equipped kitchen, or relax with ocean breezes on the balcony.

When it’s time for fun, the resort has it all — indoor and outdoor pools(6 total), hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool/splash zone and playground, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a putting green, and direct beach access just steps away. Whether you’re here for family fun, a couples’ hideaway, or a little oceanside relaxation, this is the ideal spot to make lasting Myrtle Beach memories.

The Quarterdeck is also located on the grounds and is a beachside restaurant which features live music or karaoke (nearly) nightly.

----------------Resort/ Condo Access————-

Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.
A following message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged). Registered guests can access all open resort amenities - there is no additional charge and wristbands/keys are not required.

-----------------Parking-----------------

Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $5 per day parking fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the entry gate upon arrival. You will be issued a perking tag for the duration of your stay. Please pull up to the guard gate when you first arrive. This fee is collected and retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort and is non returnable. Parking spaces can be found throughout the resort and are NOT assigned

Please be aware that the host does not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

---------------Pool Information--------------

The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter)
The West End Pool and Lazy River (Seasonal) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.

The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter)
The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

-------------------- Animals --------------------

Family Pets are NOT allowed at the Myrtle Beach Resort
Service animals are allowed, but the must be registered with the building manager in advance of your stay at the resort.
If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be allowed into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard.
If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.

------------------- Security --------------------

The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort's common areas. These devices are actively recording and are monitored by Myrtle Beach Resort security personnel.

------------Checkout Procedures ------------

- Before checkout all guests need to:
- Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the supplied bathtub.
- Load and start the dishwasher using the supplied cleaning products.
- Turn off appliances.
- Dispose of unwanted food items in the refrigerator.
- Take out the trash.

---------------Starter Toiletries--------------
A reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap are included to start your stay. Should you need more during your time here, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located across the street from the property!
