An elevator is accessible to all levels inside, an striking convenience to have while on vacation! There is a modest flight of stairs to gain entry. Savor state-of-the-art electronics and home theater systems throughout the home, including an outdoor sound system at the pool level and another system on the top deck. Family will adore the convenience of the private oceanfront pool and hot tub. Wake up and appreciate your morning coffee on the deck, watching the sun rise over the ocean. Private pool available from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is roughly 16’ x 24’. Optional pool heat is available for $400/week. All guests will receive COMPLIMENTARY pool heat in 2026 (April through October)!
