Spend your days golfing, riding bicycles, and calming on the beach, and your evenings basking the balmy island air outside on your tree-lined patio. The neighborhood offers pickleball, basketball, tennis, a playground, and a pool.

This single-story home sits in a wooded grove on the southwest side of Hilton Head, about two miles from the center of Harbour Town. Follow the bicycle paths to reach the beach or tee off at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Appreciate III, both of which are just over a mile away. Dining, shopping, swimming, kayaking, fishing - it's all at your fingertips here.

After a day out and about on the island, come home to find a relaxing respite on the leafy patio. Light the gas grille for an evening Bar-B-Que, set the outdoor table for a sunset dinner, and linger by the firepit for s'mores and stargazing after dark.

Step inside to find a living space that's bright, breezy, and centrally air-conditioned. There's a enormous living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both an indoor dining space and a high-top table outside on the kitchen deck. Of the bedrooms, each has its own TV and adjoining bathroom for privacy. A home laundry room and complimentary WiFi are included as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
