The Space:
This residence is a one bedroom, one bathroom, property of roughly 500 square feet. It features a entirely equipped kitchen, washer/dryer combo, dining table with service for four, and a sleeper couch and flat screen streaming TV in the living room. The bedroom features a posturepedic king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. The residence features two entrances, one private and located off of the kitchen and the other located inside the primary hallway of the 8-unit complex.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire premises of unit 4.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement. There is a $75 non returnable pet fee which entitles guests to bring up to 2 medium sized dogs. No cats or other animals are allowed in this property.
A non-returnable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing costs on a refunded deposit payment.
