Welcome to Pleasure Island and Breezy Does It. We don't think you'll find any

problems taking it br-eezy while you visit. Located in the heart of Carolina

Beach and just across the street from the ocean, you can soak up sun and ocean

vistas and sounds while pelicans glide by. The beach access is a 1-min. walk

on a sleepy, peaceful, one-way street. There are no hotels close by, so the beach

hordes are thinner too.

Breezy Does It is a huge, 1 bedroom, 2 full-bath (Bathrooms refreshed 2022)

unit with a bunk-bed alcove (for kids 12 and under) comfortably sleeping a

family of up to 4. The condo is located on the third floor (from the ground).

You can use the ground floor storage closet to store your personal chairs and

toys while you visit. From the condo's central location, savor fast access to

eateries you can conveniently walk to in less than two-mins. (The Spot and

Uncle Vinnies). The Veggie Wagon is also only a few blocks walk-away. You can

walk to the boardwalk in under 10 mins. to get that warm Britt's donut or

grab an iced latte at M?lama. A favorite close walking destination (via the

beach) is the Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar which features breathtaking drinks and

live music in the summer.

The condo provides amenities such as a completely equipped kitchen with microwave,

stove/oven, refrigerator; washer/dryer in the unit; games and a puzzle board

to keep your puzzle going even when you need to eat at the table! There is a

TV with cable, and chrome cast capability (for casting tv shows or

movies from your intelligent phone) plus complimentary Wi-Fi making you feel like

you are right at home. The bedroom TV also has a Chromecast.

See why this southeastern pocket of NC is so diverse and special. Appreciate all

Pleasure Island has to offer, including paddle boating or birding at the

close by lake, discover historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or go to

Carolina Beach State Park to hike then view the native Venus Fly Trap and

possibly a Painted Bunting! In local, close by Wilmington, visit historic

downtown, the Battleship, and possibly some special sites where some of your

favorite movies or tv shows were filmed (Dawson's Creek!).

Sleep-in or get up early to go for a morning beach walk to collect seashells

or walk to Britt's for that morning donut! For the rest of your day, you can

swim in the pool or appreciate the ocean sounds and vistas from the deck. The west

side of the island features impressive sunsets that can be appreciated sitting in

the condo's 1-person modest screened-in porch off the master bedroom. Just take

it br-eezy all day and all week long!
