The property also includes a separate 2BR unit with its own private entry. For bigger groups or families, both units may be booked together (based on availability).

Outdoor areas are assigned for privacy: Unit B guests have exclusive backyard access, and Unit A guests appreciate dedicated use of the front yard. The corner-lot layout makes this separation feel natural and private.

Guests can expect to climb down one step to get to the front door.

This beautiful guesthouse offers prime convenience to Wilmington`s best attractions. By car, you`re just 10-15 mins. from everything, with great coffee stores within walking distance. Take a 13-min. ride to the historic district to soak up Wilmington`s unique history or walk the riverwalk. The condo is 10 mins. from the airport, 6 mins. from UNCW campus, 9 mins. from Wrightsville Beach, 25 mins. from Carolina Beach, and 5 mins. from Long Leaf Park, which is ideal for taking your pup.

The best way to get around is by car.

Please remember you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

*Guests are responsible for any pet damages and must clean up after their pets.

Property Rules

*Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (stringently enforced).

*Tampering with the intelligent lock, front door hardware, or WiFi modem will result in a minimum $350 fine.

*Smoking of any kind inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fee.

*Lost or missing door keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.

*No cryptocurrency mining or similar high-powered electronic activity is allowed.

*Violation of any home rule may result in removal from the property without refund.
