Guest access
Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of locked owner closets, the garage, and the pianos.

Other things to note
Please indicate the actual number of guests staying when booking. Outside overnight guests not allowed.

Absolutely NO event groups. Family groups only. Minimum age for renters not accompanied by a family group or parent or guardian is 28 years old. (No exceptions.)

Please leave the home basically as you found it. If you broke something, please let us know in advance so we can plan to take care of it.

Pianos will be locked unless access is discussed and agreed to in advance.

Garage is not accessible to guests.

We provide the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels. Further guest needs are the guests' responsibility.

You will be asked to sign a simple rental agreement, provide a copy of valid ID, and fill out a check-in information form as a condition of booking.

There are cameras monitoring the entrance and driveway outside.
