Welcome to Savvy Sandpiper, a cavernous and inviting lagoon-side home located in the beautiful Island Park community of Ocean Isle Beach. This two-level property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a king bed and private bath, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. A full hall bathroom and a laundry area are also located on this level. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds—share a full bathroom.

This home is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering amenities such as central heat and air, Intelligent TVs, secure Wi-Fi, a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The dining area features a table that seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Step outside to a enormous, uncovered porch that provides the ideal spot to sunbathe or appreciate a meal while taking in the serene view of the lagoon.

Guests have access to two community pools within Island Park and are just a short walk away from the beach access. For added convenience, the home features keyless entry.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are included for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the max. occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not supplied. The linen package is supplied with every reservation and is not optional.*
All properties are non-smoking, and family pets are not allowed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes Vacation Rental By Owner’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
