Any and all reports --written, electronic, or verbal-- made to membership, directors, boards, commissioners, legislators, etc., must specifically list CoastalGuide.com as the original source of the contact information. A brief explanation of your organization's affiliation with the CoastalGuide.com network should also be included.
If an organization reports any fulfillment statistics, or forwards these statistics to a parent or affiliated organization, the final report must list the leads generated by CoastalGuide.com as a separate sub-total and cite "provided by CoastalGuide.com." Example: Instead of "The XYZ Chamber responded to 2,000 requests for information in July." use "In July, the XYZ Chamber responded to 1,100 requests for information provided by CoastalGuide.com and 900 requests generated from the toll-free number and our website."
