Complaints: As of this writing, CoastalGuide has processed well over 75,000 highly detailed visitor profiles containing personal information voluntarily submitted by our users. During that time, we only received 6 minor complaints, all of whom agreed that they had misinterpreted the purpose of the form and/or had not read the FAQ. We believe we are good stewards. To prevent misuse or ''spamming,'' our members are restricted by the terms of our license agreement. If you feel that someone is violating the intent of our service, please report it!

About CoastalGuide
CoastalGuide is a "co-op" in a sense. It is a uniquely structured private network through which the coastal communities make a joint online presentation of their attractions, points-of-interest, events, and history.
It is unique because the communities and sponsors have come together to respond to the numerous requests for travel & tourism information as THE Coast, allowing the cyber-visitor to contact dozens of chambers of commerce, visitors bureaus, attractions, and private sponsors with a single request for information (See "Replies to Tourism Requests" for an overview.).
